For low impact there is no slippage, no overflow. It is sooo secure!!! Provides amazing lift and actually holds my boobs and relieves pressure off my back!! I am in love 10/10 with this bra. This color is everything! Definitely a good workout staple

This Sports Bra is very comfortable, however it's mainly because I sized up. I got the Large and it was perfect. I am petite and wears a size 36B bra. It's also versatile, I wear it to the gym, for running errands and to lounge. I am happy with my purchase. I am 5' 0 " 118 lbs.
